Delivery / Shipping:
  • We do not have a physical shop.
  • Please see our Stockists List to buy direct.
  • We courier our product door-to-door countrywide at flat rate of R85.00 retail when orders are placed online.
  • Deliveries occur on weekdays only (Mon-Fri) *Excl. Public holidays, between 8am-5pm
  • Once your payment reflects in our bank account- we will send your order out.
  • We aim to get paid orders out  on Tuesdays and Thursdays. (Excl. Public Holidays)
  • No orders are sent out on Fridays. 
  • Orders placed and paid on Thursdays after 9am are sent out on the following Tuesday. (Excl. Public Holidays)
  • Orders take 2-6 workdays (Excl. Public Holidays) to be delivered.
  • The couriers adhere to their own time schedule, and sometimes unexpected things happen to the drivers, altering delivery times. (Load shedding, Protest Marches, High-jackings, Virus Outbreaks, etc.)
  • We therefore cannot provide you with an exact time of delivery, but only an estimated date of delivery. 
  • You will receive an email notification in your inbox when your parcels was collected. 
  • This notification will provide you with a Tracking (Waybill Number) that you may use to track the status of your parcel.)
Payments:

We offer the following payment options:

  • Direct bank transfer (EFT)
  • PayFast (Instant EFT; Debit/ Credit Card Payments)
  • We regret- no COD or Cheques
  • Orders are sent out once payment reflects in our bank account.
  • Our bank account is with Netbank Limited
  • Should you pay from another bank account: your payment may take 1-2 working days to clear.
  • Please keep this in mind.
  • You will receive a notification in your email inbox once payment reflects in our bank account.
  • ONE (1) proof of payment can be sent to payments@parrotainmentsa.co.za
  • Our aim is to send out orders around 9am Monday- Thursday.
  • Should your payment not reflect by this time or have been made after this time- please take it as a given that your order will be sent out on the next dispatch cycle.
