Beans, grains, and legumes are low-fat, cholesterol-free, and high in protein and fiber, offering a list of health benefits that range from weight control to lowering of heart disease risks.
The components in our mix are gluten-, allergen, and GMO-free. Great to feed on its own, or add chopped or grated fresh veg for great variety.

Storage:
- Keep out of direct sunlight.
- Once opened, keep the legumes in a well-sealed container in the fridge.
- Ensure no moisture gets in.
- Our product is packed in 70mic sealed vacuum bags. BPA-free.
- Sealed bags can be frozen for up to 3 months.
Directions for use:
- Soak for 8-12 hrs in water.
- Rinse well
- Boil in pot of water for 10-30 mins.
- Rinse well and drain
- Add sachet of spice mix (optional)
- Dish up and serve.
- Can be packaged into smaller portions and frozen.
